Topps Chrome® Star Wars Galaxy returns with a fresh new release that celebrates the saga’s rich artistic legacy through the premium look and feel of Chrome® technology. The 100-card base set blends unforgettable Star Wars Galaxy artwork from years past with newly created illustrations made specifically for this collection, giving collectors a wide-ranging tribute to the franchise’s visual history.
This release also brings back several fan-favorite art-driven programs. Art of the Dark Side returns with newly commissioned artwork from Turin Clarke, while Topps Chrome® Layers Original Art cards are back with a new focus on concept art from legendary Star Wars artist Doug Chiang. In honor of the 10th anniversary of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, the checklist features special commissioned pieces from Traci Easterday.
Christian Benavides also returns with his Shogun-inspired style, this time reimagining the unforgettable Cloud City duel between Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker. The beloved Knights of the Old Republic video game receives its own dedicated insert, featuring artwork by Gal Or. Shanne Grammar brings a bold mural and spraypaint-inspired approach to some of Star Wars’ greatest Light Side and Dark Side characters in the debut of the Force Energy insert.
Collectors will also find autographs from notable Star Wars talent, with signatures falling one per case.
