Order Refunds or Cancellations
We do not take returns on sealed boxes or physical products unless the damage happens in transit. We do not accept returns on sealed boxes that leave the store, for any reason. We are not responsible for items that are damaged inside of any factory sealed products and any damage claims should be directed to the manufacturer.
Presale items that are canceled are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Any regular order that is cancelled is subject to a 5% fee.
